Clicks appearing during mixdown!

Wierd stuff is happening over here I got some tracks that I mixed down in Cubase only to find that there are clicks and pops in the song now that where not in the original tracks. Don't know what is happeining i haven't changed anything on the machine and everything seems to be the same. Any ideas I don't no where to begin troubleshooting the problem

If you're using PoCo or a UAD, try setting your driver from your hardware's driver to "Generic ASIO Multimedia Driver" unless you need the lower latency (like when tracking).

Hell, try it even if you're NOT using a DSP card... Who knows, it might work anyway.

Master went right where I was gonna go. Popping and clicking are a lot of the times, signs of latency settings that aren't right for the application. Also, if it were me, I'd maybe take a close look and make sure the popping isn't written in with your actual individual waves. This is unlikely though because you said it was only after you mixed down.
