i have just bought an m-audio sound card because i was having trouble recording my bass, but now when i set it to a low latency i get a clicking when i try to record. does anyone know what the problem might be? i'm sure as the sound card is supposed to be a recording sound card it should be able to cope

i don't think so it hasn't given me a warning. i have a pentium 2 prosesor do you think it is not fast enough?

I suspect with a P2 you really do not have enough horsepower to run at low latency settings.

You could try updating your drivers and optimizing your system for audio, but I really think that in the end you are going to need to raise your latency setting.

Or get a new computer. Was this a hand-me-down from Fred Flintstone? :)

Whoa! I rant in another thread about someone still using P3, now we have P2 :D

Sorry, but I think you need to upgrade your comp. It's not that it's bad, but... it's... just... bad, you know... :)
