chrome over 6 ply maple ludwig kit

can some one give me some info on a Ludwig chrome over wood 6 ply maple (stainless steel wrap) kit as follows :
i belive it was made in the 70s , with blue / olive badges .

14X10" rack tom
15X12" rack tom
18X16" floor tom
20X18" floor tom
26X16" bassdrum

They sound great, but they look a little silly now. If they have bottom heads, they will really be good sounding drums.

the kit has bottoms and is a monster !!!!!!!!!!!!!! , BIG , FAT BOTTOM END SOUND !!!!!
im very impressed ,
just need to get the kit dated .
do you know where i can find info on serial numbers for 1970s ????
