hmmmmmm

that beat is really dope..........but..........i think you should make the kick more harder than that. if the kick was harder i would say that this track is really tyte. i like how the harp and violins go together. also i would change the bassline because it is unnoticeable. the only time i noticed it was when the violins and harp was taken out. i would make the bass start at every snare. just my 2 cents. overall, the track is this close to being off the hinges
 
I'm listening to the track right now. If i hadn't got my headphones out I would've sworn there was no kickdrum or bass (laptop speakers but they usually pick up kicks and bass except sub). I hear em now though. Way to low doc. Just wondering what moniters or whatever else it is you might be use that would cause you to have low bass levels like that.

You pick some nice sounds but i feel you gotta freak em a little more. I got the same prob when i use my MPC. Keep banging em out.
 
I am glad I post these tracks on the Net... Its funny the kicks sound find on my monitiors Alesis Montior Ones I believe...

Ima peep this beat out on some cheaper speakers and geta feel....

Hey Rat! Sup?

I like the track! But as they already told you, the kicks and the bass don't come out enough and god knows that kicks & bass are the base of hiphop! I would suggest you to listen to your rap CD only on your monitors so you can know what a tight kick sound like on your monitors.

Next, the violins: Try to add some decay to the the envelop. It would sound really dope... You know how the envelop works, right?
