Choosing a Fairly Inexpensive Microphone for the Computer

Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me choose a fairly cheap (preferably around 70 dollars or less) microphone for my computer. I wish to use it frequently in voice chat, and maybe record a few commentaries. My old Logitech USB microphone broke, and I disliked how it made my keystrokes and mouse clicks very loud.

Right now, I am considering buying the CAD U37 USB Studio Condenser Recording Microphone or perhaps the Blue Snowball. Would the Snowball be worth the extra money? Would either microphone be any good? Should I buy something else?
Thanks.

Never used any of these.
Blue Snowball and AT2020USB seem to be favored in the category though.
For keystrokes and mouse clicks, the mic position will probably have much more to do with it than the mic choice itself.
