what the
What a great thread to come back to. Replying seems to be struggle here right now. You guys are the best, really very inspiring, so thankyou.
Cheers Alibish, Watyf, chris, always crack me up reading what you have said.
You know why I think there is a lot of "low end" because I dont have a bass guitar I detuned the strings a little and lowerd the capo. At times I would put in 8 beats of bass and panned it to the left and right each time. I would love to be able to twiddle a few nobs after recording tracks to change treble and bass etc but It all has to be done before. Anyway, still learing these tricks.
chrisharris. So you actually showed this to others, how embarrising, all most as bad as posting a picture of myself.
dtb. super dude.
JR#97. Thats great. So it was a good replacement. Nice and thanks.
ZPphreak. Very, very inspiring. I just graduated but decided to do 1 more year of study (in Spain though, yehaa). Just living a rollercoaster right now and dont want to go into the real world of work yet. Thanks for checking it out mate.
Toki987. Soothing, awsome mate. Cheers for listening.
Alibish. I totally agree. The song really isnt anything. I never record the ones a really want to, which is a shame. This is quite cheezy but sometimes cheeze is good. I will try and do something a little differnt next time, you wait mate. Be warned...
Oh I could burn a CD of all of the stuf I have done and post it. I dont think you will like it that much. But I might have time this weekend. I leave for London on Monday and head back out to study later next week.
B.SABBATH. Glad you think its an improvment! cheers
adams. That is just so great. Makes it all worth while. Thanks for that. Tab mmm, I dont know the name of the chords really but I do use a capo a lot. It is quite simple (as always) so slap on a capo and try and give it ago. Good one, thanks.
bobbo. Nice!
Chris Shaeffer. Thanks so much for giving it a spin after an hour of downloading nodoubt! Such a compliment that you liked what I did. Yeh, handling this condesor is a little tricky but getting the hang of it quickly. I actually added lows by pretending to be a bass guitar. I think thats the problem. later
Jagular. cheers jag!
wes480. Great stuff, thanks for good vibes. Boy to a girl, I`ll give it a 30 minute wirl, ok.
dres. My dynamic broke so I had to get a mic. It only cost 55 pounds and a preamp 40. So I think I was pretty happy with that If i want to record I have to have a mic. Its a step up I think to better stuff perhaps.
schenkerguy. Well thats so cool. Thanks for checking it out. A good way to get a lyric is to open anybook on anypage and grab any line. Good for titles and ideas I rechon.
Lt. Bob. I wish I could roll them away! next time for sure. thanks for listening as always. Cheers.
Tukkis. Well isnt it amazing that one minute a song is in Scotland and the next over there in Australia, love this internet baby. Anyway thanks ever so much for checking it out and saying such nice things. Robbie? to cool for me
muzeman. Thanks for inspiring always. No gear for me. All I want is guitar and a mic to aim at it. My wee box to capture the music. Thats it. I would love to have at disposal all those bits and bobs. Imagine putting strings or piano in a song. I would love to do that.
twist. Man that is cool. I`ll keepem coming but I never ever record the songs a want to. I rechon I have a few stashed away if I run out of ideas so I will keep posting when I can. Thanks.
Thanks guys
Erland
