Kind of reminds me of a Neptunes beat. The vocals kind of over powers the beat. You got something going... Just faten the beat. Maybe just lower the vocal a little and that will fix it... You got to make that paino come out on the chorus more. That's the tag instrument. Make that shine!

The music is real smooth. I like it, but to make it hip hop you should contast it. Like my Beats said fatten up those drums little bit, make 'em crack. That should do the trick...Did you record that too? I would suggest some reverb and ad lib tracks for the vocals, they sound a little dry. Also it sounds like he's reading instead of reciting. It makes a difference in the emotion of the song. This is a good start though. Keep do it.
