Looks fine.

I am not exactly sure about the usb from the Synth. If the presonus has midi in/out, I dont think you need the usb from the keyboard.

Thanks for taking a look. yeah, I need the USB to exchange actual data files between the workstation and the computer; sequences, new patches, etc. can be stored on the computer's HD. Also, there is a patch library/editor that comes with the Fantom that you can use in your computer to edit and transfer the patch/sequence to the Fantom. Strictly computer data, not MIDI data.
