cheap, reliable soundcards with 4 ins, spidf i/o, midi i/o, preferably mic pre?

hey guys

i'm looking for a soundcard

i want these features but have been having a hard time finding anything that i can afford

at least four analog inputs
coaxial s/pdif i/o
midi i/o
preferably a couple of built-in mic preamps (xlr of course, none of this 1/8" nonsense)

I run Pro tools for work, but for low cost toying around stuff I bought a factory sealed Wami Rack off of Ebay for 280 . and i've got to say its drivers work great on my pIII 600 . I can run 3 programs at once and have them internally routed to a recording app.
It has 4 xlr inputs with pres and phantom, midi , spdif and 8 outs. Check www.esi-pro.com
