Changed tone after add guitar impulses

Hi. My guitar changed tone after I added some guitar impulses and it's seems to lost melody. I use GuitarHack JJ FRED45-HALF impulses and other JJPOWER TUBE IMPULSES. Impulses like BBAE, BETWEEN, CENTRE, EDGE, FRED45 has numbers: 0, -1, and HALF. What its mean and how to chose right impulses for my guitar to dont lose tone. I have Ibanez GRGR121EX.
 
These are Cabinet Impulses meaning that you should send a signal from a guitar amp.
It's perfectly logical to hear a change in the tone, so no worries about that.

Can you please let me know what kind of signal you send to the impulses? Pure DI signal (guitar to sound card)? Mic'ed signal from an amp?

If you connect your guitar straight to the Audio Interface you can try adding some VSTs like the Guitar Rig, disable the Cabinet and use the impulses you mentioned above, which in fact are cabinets.
