I like the energy.
The guitars, both electric and acoustic, sound real good. Bass sounds good too - and the low end is at a real good level.
Drums and cymbals sound real tight. Very nice.
There is a clash between the guitars and the vocal. They're fighting for space.
And when the electric guitar is driving things the mix is real narrow. It'd be nice if the guitar was doubled and hard-panned.

Thanks! That original electric guitar track was done with one ribbon mic on one track, so I never really thought about doubling them and panning them out. Maybe, I’ll give that a try.

Nice song!
I agree the vocal is too quite and buried in the mix and needs some space and the mix is pretty narrow.
For me the balance of the track is a bit off and I think I would look at balancing the track a more towards this, bringing the vocal up, backing off the guitars and looking at the drum balance:
