change midi file to swing

okay...i've given up on midi for the time being...wilo someone please tell me how to make a "rigid" midi song "swing"? Thank you.

The How-To is on page 249 of the manual.

The command is under Process - Quantize. The help file should give you an indication of all the settings (Strength/Swing/Window) what they do and how to set them up.

Ctrl+A to select all tracks. Rightclick on one clip and go Midi Effects -> Cakewalk -> Quantize. Set the swing to 100%.

But the best way is IMHO, is play the song in with swing....

to do this without changing the midi data, you could add a qunatize midi effect to every midi track in your song with the same swing rate.
