CEP 2.0 mic help

i was curious, in cool edit pro, how to you alot a certain track to a certain thing, like for instance, im using guitar 4 to record a guitar track via guitar to usb, while also using a usb interface with 2 instrument mics, to record the drums, how do i alot what im doing on GR to record on one track, and both of the mics recording the drums on individual tracks, and record them simultaneously? sorry im a bit of a home recording noob:(
 
The manual that came with your CEP explains all that. It's in the box with the floppy discs.

If you jump to page 246 it discusses how to choose devices.

lol couldnt find the manual, but i was lucky enough to find an online step by step, thanks for your help though
