Hi,
Here is the title track (Track no.1) to a now completed CD. A straight ahead, but kind of sad ballad. The final track features an edited non-vocal version of the tune as a reprise.
http://www.soundclick.com/util/getplayer.m3u?id=6893202&q=hi
All instruments plugged straight into the 2488 (Bass and Vox through a pre.)
Ovation acoustic using pick-up and miced at twelfth fret with an AKG c1000s, hard panned L & R with a three frame cut to the right to enhance stereo image.
Yamaha BEX 4 semi-acoustic bass panned right up the Khyber Pass.
Harmonics: Gibson Les Paul & Ovation
Panned Guitars on fade: Gibson Les Paul - right / Höfner Vice President - left
FX: light crunch for the Gibby and what sounds to my ear like a Moog Synthesiser effect (certainly not a wha wha in the traditional sense of the word) on the Höfner
Vox and harmonies: SM58
Any and all comments welcome.
K.
