CD-RW750 files to mp3?

Can anyone tell me how to turn my CD-RW750 files to mp3 files?
I'm not really shure what the CD-RW750 files are! I thought they were WAV.
But audiograbber does not read it. HUMM?

I personally use Media player 10. It's quick It will convert at up to 320 and it's FREE. Ah FREE is GOOOOD. It will also convert mp3 to CD and burn it. But it won't yet record. If you want a simple stereo recorder go and do a search for FREE HI-Q recorder from REOMER SOFTWARE it's easy and will record anything your soundcard can hear including streaming audio. AHhhh Freee iss GOOOOOOOD! ya!
