hi everyone! i just wanted to share with you my latest CD which i recorded and mixed AT HOME. thanks to all those who helped with their comments and advice. here's the link to sample the CD

Is everything recorded from the keyboard?


Also checked out some of the videos. I'd like to hear a better mixed version of Glory Glory.



But what I dont get is..Only 17 posts in almost 6 years. :confused: :confused:
 
thanks tim! yeah, this took CD took me five years to make, haha i kept changing equipment and remaking songs. o well. and then i got so caught up in everything i totally forgot about this site. sad. would you like a list of some of the equipment? let's see if i can remember

software - Nuendo 2
keyboard - Kurzweil k2500 with KDFX
Clavinet D6
Casio CZ-101
mics - Neumann TLM-103
digital interface - Tascam TMD-1000
pre amp - prosonus blue tube
compressor - dual levelar

i played all the keyboard stuff but brought in musicians for drums, bass and guitar. i also did all the vocals :)

Sweet.. that's some good stuff! Also I realized it is Christian music. Right on! Keep spreading the word! You are extremely talented.. I admire you.

Sweetest thing is very man with the bleached skin & false nose but in a good way.
I enjoyed hearing the clav.

great tune, got the good vibe in it...stevie wonder, elo,prince and many more. the good moving groove. (and the interesting sounds for the Sgt. Pepper fans.. :D ) refreshing.

very easy to listen to numerous times...

great technical side too, sounds pro level.imo.


so whats your vocal equipment chain??

you apparently groove with the kids...my kids asked me about "that one song"....they liked it alot, it was your "Shield" song.
just an fyi.. thats a pretty good compliment imo. the kids don't usually like much of my new or old stuff??
 
ha, yeah it's true. i was teaching at a couple 1st-8th grade schoosl last year and the kids loved my music. they even sung one of my songs for the music concert :)
