CD marketing Question.

I going to San Francsico sometime next month to a festival. I would like to take the cd's I just finished printing with me. The festival will last for a week. I just want to know, seeing that I may not sell all the cd's will the customes charge me full duty fees on say 800 cd's that I might not sell all.

Or is there a better option?

Any input is welcome!
