I'm so sorry.
I'm looking for a recommended cd labeling software that will save as a file type that is universal enough to give directly to a printing place of some kind if possible. Can anyone recommend anything?

Use a standard graphics program that will save a regular graphics file (jpeg, .bmp, etc.)
Keep to regular standard files and then anyone can read them.

Most any printers can handle any Photoshop or Illustrator files.

Photo shop is the industry standard. If you have it, use it. If you need "templates", contact the people who will be doing your replication and ask them for templates. I got mine from www.moderncd.com when I had my disks done.

Even if you don't plan to use these guys, ask for a quote and some templates, they're happy to oblige.
