Is there a quick way to get CD audio files straight in Real Player format without having to record it all in manually?

Not sure what you mean by "record it all in manually"??
It's been a couple of years since I did any Real Player files. But if I recall, you need a program called Real Producer (it used to be free - don't know if it still is).
First you will need to rip the CD tracks into .wav format (using whatever program you use for ripping). Once in .wav format, Real Producer will enable you to convert them to Real Audio files (.ra). It's pretty simple if memory serves me right. Getting them to "stream" from a web site was a little more challanging.
