cd cover layouts

anyone have any links to a good cd cover layout site? have art on photo shop, wanna print some covers. thanks

There are a bunch of "gallery" sites on the net showing examples. Try a Google search for "CD cover art."

If you are printing your own covers, avoid Photoshop and look for something that can do a better job handling text. I use Adobe Illustrator but it's fairly expensive and complex. Also, look for a good inkjet printer. I highly recommend the Epson 2200. It uses archival inks that--combined with the proper paper--will probably outlast your CD. It also produces fantastic images. I'm a photographer and I was shocked at the quality compared to a black and white photograph using a magnifying lupe. It's almost photographic when you look at the grain structure!

Making your own with photos and graphic editors like Bryce is the best way in my opinion. Unique and fun !
