does anyone know if aa is able to burn redbook compliant cds......i was just curious as to why it wouldnt if they are trying to run with the big dawgs lol.

if anyone knows please give your opinoons/answers/ect....thanx

The only Red Book compliant software I'm aware of is Sony CD Architect. If someone can correct me, please do so.

I use CD Architect and then check the disc with Plextools for errors before I ship it off for replication. Don't need 1000 coasters.

Finally, someone explained the proper way to make a redbook CD for replicating. Can someone please tell me if he is correct and this is a viable method to prepare one, thanks, psongman

Yes, the three latest versions of Adobe Audition (1.5, 2.0 and 3.0) can burn Red Book compliant CD's. (I cannot verify this for version 1.0.)

However, some software properties (in the burn setup window) can be changed which could make it differ from standards.

But by default, they come set for standard red book burns.
