CD Booklet Printing and CD Pressing

So, assuming I have a master copy of my final CD. How do I go about getting an album booklet printed up? I wanted to do probably three pages total, front and back. Where can I find the dimensions for these?

I suppose I could just go measure what CD booklets are printed, but I guess I wanted to do it right.

I've used Short Run Printing for some time now, and i can recommend them. Send them an email, and they will tell you what to do and stuff.

try any of the reproduction/duplication factory, they usually have templates on there websites.
