Catch 22 Progressive/alternative rock final mastered version in the last post

About ready with the mix of our new single Catch 22.
Any comments on the mix before it goes to mastering will be highly appreciated:

Initial thought for me, the vocal is really quiet.

Also listen from say 3.30, nice and open. What's going on at 3.38 and beyond, whatever you're trying to do it isn't coming over well.

And maybe a bit dry.

Yes, the vocal needs to be more present. This arrangement features the vocal, but the mixing engineer doesn't. C'mon.
