Casio PX 330 as MIDI controller and TruePianos VSTi. Any advice?

Ok, I'm a newbie in music production. I use Casio PX 330 as MIDI controller, TruePianos v.1.50 as VSTi and Mixcraft software. So, the product is gonna sound like this:

It looks like the the Casio keyboard is kinda sensitive so I can't control the touch really well. I'd used the software to fix the touch, but the more I edit the velocity, the more it sounds fake. I did use built-in compressor in VSTi and Mixcraft, but it does not help (even worser).
So, to make it clear, could you guys please listen to it and give me some advice? Is it normal or I'm just overdone?
Thank you very much!

I think that sounds pretty good.

Instead of adjusting velocities of individual notes how about using volume envelopes instead?

I don't know if Mixcraft allows you to use envelopes but Reaper does.

I agree with C7, use the velocity pretty much as is for the feeling (you could always edit a stray note), use the volume fader for the overall sound. Once you record it and like it, treat it like an analog instrument.
