i have a cw-50, which is a step below those two. it seems like they are pretty similar from the product descriptions i've seen. you can do one color printing on suitable discs (it works best on thermal printable cd-r's, but to varying degrees of effectiveness on other types of cd-r's). the printable areas (at least on the cw-50) is limited to a top space about 2 1/2 inches in width and about 1 inch in height-- both guesstimates, on the top and bottom. it's good for simple printing-- i only tried printing text and i only used the top field, as my version makes you align the top and bottom manually. the ribbons state that they will print about 40 "areas," though i found that they would often print more-- sometimes up to 50.
