card with mixer or firebox?

I was looking at either purchasing a soundcard (around 200$) and using the preamps from my behringer eurorack ub2442 mixer, or getting a firebox. Which would have the better preamps/sound (mixer w/ card or firebox)?

Firebox would kill the preamps on the Behringers anyday.
