capital letters

When I copy something from a CD read by my burner to my hard drive via Windows Explorer, it changes the name of the file from lower case to capitals. Annoying. What's that about? Can it be changed?

When I do it in the reverse direction, it doesn't do it. What's that about?

You mean it can't be changed? Or do you mean that *you* don't have this problem?

Well, sure, yeah... it's a small problem, really. Like a mosquito.

But I don't like mosquitos either.

I've never seen nor hear of this problem...although I have seen it in the opposite direction.
