Can't register at PreSonus

Hi Guys,

I bought a FireStudio project and I am unable to get the registration email no matter what I do. I have tried multiple email addresses and nothing ever comes through. Because I cannot get the activation email I cannot update to the latest version of the software, or even apply my new license code for the upgrade to v2 that I bought separately. PreSonus is closed right now for the holidays (I can't send a support ticket without being registered either!) but does anyone know if this is something that requires a human on their end? In other words, is it because they are closed for the holidays that I'm not getting the emails?

And yes, I've checked, it's not in my spam folder and my email is working properly.

It's possible that it isn't happening because they're closed...maybe it's a human-approval thing. Either way, just give em a call when they re-open!
