Can't hear a thing...

I've just installed my new Aardvark Direct Pro 24/96 along with the Samplitude software that comes with it. The installation went smoothly. I plugged in a mic and set it up to record and to monitor the recording with my headphones. I can see on both the Aardvark mixing screen and the Samplitude screens that the sound is going through and is being recorded. I followed Aardvark's "Patch Bay" instructions so that I should be able to hear everything through the headphones.

I can't hear a thing. I've contacted Aardvark and they have given me some information that I don't think will solve the problem. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Hellllllllllp!
 
Where are you plugging your headphones in? And what do you have your Patchbay settings set to?
 
My headphones are plugged into the headphone jack on the front of the breakout box.

The patchbay settings are as follows, from top down:

Analog 1,2 out (right side) to playback 1,2 (left side)

Playback 3,4 (left side) to analog 3,4 out and S~PDIFLR out (right side)

Monitor LR (left side) to Analog 5,6 and Headphone LR (right side).
 
Never mind.............

I figured it out. The problem was that I'm a knucklehead. I had the mic 1 input volume fader turned all the way down. Thanks anyway.
 
When in doubt, make sure it's plugged in...
