Can't get soundcard to record

Yeah, i can't get my Audiophile to record nothing. It will only record once in a while and then when i try to record something again it won't work.

And also, i can't get my regular soundcard to play any sounds on my harddrive. Don't know what um doing wrong but i need some help. Can somebody post their Audiophile settings so i can copy them or something?

I already installed the latest drivers, and um runnin' Windows Me.
 
what is your 'regular soundcard'? have you tried disabling it? (control panel/system/device manager/bla bla bla/disable in hardware profle).
 
When you installed the AP your OS may have changed the output device for system sounds automatically. As far as your AP inter. working, I dont know......might check to see if its seated well in the slot.
By the way, ME sucks !!!
