yes, it is. It used to be one day, but Chater changed it so people could edit their posts in the clinic when they have a new version of a song to upload.
The cycle time on a video is much longer than for a song, so I guess the one week limit isn't long enough. But you know they won't make changes to accommodate the video forum. Hell, I'm surprised it's still in existence.
