Cannot hear midi files on TASCAM US-122 MK11 USB Interface

I love this card but the problem I am having is that I cannot hear my midi files when played on my computer either via Sonar or any other audio program ie WINAMP. Can someone help me? In the audio tab of Sound and Audio devices (WIN XP Pro) I have the Tascam US122 MK II MIDI selected and when using Sonar i have the nidi devices sat to Tascam US122 MK II MIDI. I am not using a midi keyboard or anything but just wanted to work with some midi files that I already have on my computer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I figured it out by the help in Sonar. I had to install a Dxi in Sonar and run the midi through this as the Tascam has no way to play the midi. Fairly simple.
