cancel mic order?

i have a at4047 on on backorder that is going to take 2 weeks to come from sam ash. i need to know if i should cancel that and order a studioprojects t3. is the audio technica worth waiting for? can i go with a se electronic se3300 or a t3? would that be a bad choice. i see 4047's in alot of studios and not many of the others. i will be using the mic for male rap and R&B vocals. by the way i dont have any other mics.

You should cancel the order and purchase the Studio Projects T-3 instead. Good luck.

I've never used or heard a T3, but I have used a 4047 and love it. Great mic with just the right amount of color.
