this is the first project we did inour new studio i was hopingyou could review it so we can get things better

Mix sounds pretty good to me. Not sure what I think of the kick sound. Needs a little more balls. Overall, sounds great.

sounds great

My only comments would be, the background vocals on your dueling vocals parts could probably be lowered in the mix slightly or somehow eq'ed to sit in the mix a little better. They sound just as prominant as your lead vocal and it takes away from the focus ever so slightly. Other than that, it sounds like the guitar was ever so slightly off in the riffs in the beginning and from time to time through the song. It may just be that they feel rushed or not played with enough confidence. BUUUTTT, I am hyper critical on myself and probably shouldn't be trusted to leave well enough alone. Lord knows I almost never settle on a mix of my own songs.
Good job.

Try posting this in the mp3 clinic, you'll probably get more responses.

all i hear is the first half a second.

i cleared my cache and reloaded...same

It loaded just fine for me... I thought the bass track lacked some energy but other than that it seemed pretty good.

Not bad. The vocals could maybe sit a touch higher in parts and the bass seems to lack some mids that would give it more bump.

The singer could cut down on the cliches a little. The mix sounds great. I do agree that something needs to be done to the bass. It lacks substance and is buried too much. Maybe needs some low mids. I disagree with whoever said the backing vocals need to go down. I think they're fine the way they are. Maybe the lead vocals should go up slightly and run the lyrics through the cliche compressor.

Any song about weed is good by me. Who's that B3 player? Awesome! Wanna hear that step forward a couple db more.

Keep up the good work! You may actually have a future in this industry, if you're enough of a mercenary to do what it takes (and then some).

Rock on!

Good!

But -

- Where's the bass guitar?
- Main guitar is too loud
- Sloppy high hat work detracts from the song
- Vox need to come up
- Does that kick have reverb on it? If so, kill it!

Very strong mix compared to most junk out there. Good work!
