I think it's very well suited in this forum. And I don't see the point in starting a whole new thread because you're annoyed by the persistance of another thread. Here's a tip: don't click the link.

I agree with Slack2K. If you don't want to read it, don't read it. I thought it was pretty informative. I'm on a Sega Dreamcast newsletter and people are always complaining that Sega and their browser-maker, Planetweb, have made an inferior browser with many bugs. The discussion about software pirates points out how difficult it is to get everything perfect. So let's cut everybody a little 'Slack'. (Sorry about the pun) :-)

Seems kinda silly to complain about a thread when it's so easy to simply ignore it - just don't click the link.

Obviously those involved are interested in the discussion, and they're doing no harm to you, so why complain?

if I ignore it its still all up at the top of the list, burning like a bat out of hell, and it depresses me that Im reading this to LEARN something about computer recording and soundcards... and I tend to respect youalls opinions and consider you intelligent. And then I see all this talk.. arguing rather about something completely irrelevent, and arguing it to death. So I start a new thread so that the suggestion will pop up on the main screen.

I just wonder how many folks will post here to keep your thread on top, burning like a bat out of hell - :)
