Is this good enough to make a pro sounding songs

Delta 44 sound card
Yamaha mG12/4 mixer
Audio tech mics
Coo Edit Pro 2
Good low noise cables
ESp ltd f-50 guitar
Fender Stage 100 amp
Peace Drum set
Ibanez Smash box pedal
Yamaha Bass
Crate Amp
And some 60 dollar vocal mic

The gear is only a small part of the equation in making good recordings. The stuff you have is good enough to do decent work. Your main problem would seem to be microphones. Cheap mics can be useful on occasion but it's pretty tough if they are your only choices.

Don't forget the room, especially if you're recording drums! You should be able to get an acceptable demo format IF you know what you're doing engineering wise. If you don't know what you're doing, even great equipment won't give you a pro sound.

you have some pretty good equipment there... the biggest imporovement that your next purchase could make, in my opinion, is a decent condenser mic for vocals and guitar.

Chiming in with every one else. You are off to a decent start gear wise. A great engineer could make decent, even really good recordings with it, some one that does not know what they are doing could easily butcher a recording with it. Recording skills are far more important than gear.
