Can someone record themselves humming or whistling a tune?

That was an odd thread.

But it reminds me of this guy. There's a delivery I do on this private road opposite Selfridges department store {it's great. No traffic wardens}. Every so often, over the last 4 years, I'd hear this whistling getting closer and closer. And it was this guy. He has the loudest whistle ever and in that road, flanked by all the high buildings in a kind of windbowl, it's like being transported in some kind of weird machine. In the dark, in the early hours, it's actually quite spooky or at least it was in 2008 ! His whistle is incredible, it's just so loud. The guy is quite tall and thin and he walks like a cop. I recorded a snatch of it once to use as a sound effect but I haven't found the right outlet yet as the 'tune' the guy was whistling was actually pretty tuneless.
Once as he was walking by, I laughingly complimented him on the loudness of his whistle but he just ignored me and carried on walking !
