Can someone help me identify this vintage microphone?

I go this microphone at a flea market. It switch has off, low and high on it. Works great. Uses an Amphenol microphone connector. Pictures are below. Does anyone know what kind of mic it is? Thanks!

All I can say is that it's an omni.

I have never seen anything like it before, though.
