It sounds good to me, but in my experience the only people who tell others that they can't sing can't sing themselves. This is probably why we've never heard Simon Cowell sing.

Yes. Great voice! And great musicality. Singers with some merit tend to fall on either "great voice" or "great musicality". I have to point that out because I have a few friends whom I won't name who have great instruments and great technique, but are so enamored with it that they're icy on stage. Then there are people like lead singers in every good rock band ever who have great expression and art, but don't actually know how.

If I could give you one comment, you sound a bit detached from your body. Remember that without your torso, the vocal chords can't make sound. Imagine a person expecting a drum to make sound without hitting it.
