Can I borrow your fireport?

Hi, I am trying to liquidate my studio to help my financial situation. In the event that I sell out. My HD24 will have material that I'll need to preserve for when I venture back into recording. The easiest way is to get a fireport and transfer the tracks to PC but, I can't afford a fireport. Would anyone be willing to send me their fireport for a week and I'll send it back when I've transfered the tracks?

Thanks,
Chris

I don't have the Fireport, but why not use the Ethernet port? You'd get about 100 track hours transferred in the time it takes for somebody to ship you the Fireport.

True. I'd like to be here for the entire transfer to make sure there were no glitches and I don't want to tie up my PC too long.

It was probably a dumb thing to ask but, I figured it wouldn't hurt. I'm an honest guy looking for an honest favor.

Thanks for the advice.
