Don't know that you can IO...

I think you've got to upload them to somewhere else, then quote the link in a HR post...

If that's the bit you can't work out, then click the Insert Link icon (under the smiley face - looks like earth with a link underneath it - at the top of the message box) and paste yer URL in...

Yes, you have to host the files elsewhere - mediafire, rapidshare, yousendit, etc.

Honestly the easiest one to use in dropbox. All the other forums that I am a member at uses it.
