can anyone recommend a good online mastering service?

looks like i've failed big time with my decision

lots of blah blah in this business / forum

going to check my local studios for some "true" work...

In the interest of full disclosure, I am the one who offered to do a free sample for Duesenberg. I submitted two test masters yesterday and have not received any feedback directly on my work. I understand if the masters were not to his liking, but I do not see how this constitutes a failure. That's the whole point of doing a sample - to see if our sonic sensibilities align. Remember, no money changed hands. Nonetheless, I would still encourage Duesenberg to seek out other alternatives here or elsewhere online, in addition to considering local options.

Best regards,
Chris

I never claimed to be an integral part of the forum or community. I was only responding to a request I saw online. I apoloigize if I've stepped on anyone's toes.

no he claimed he found you within this community...

I mean no offence to either you, who I don't know, or Duesenberg, who I at least know is a decent musician

but

i have checked the web, but most services i have found so far, smells like PC kids at home with some cracked software...dunno why, but it gave me that feeling...."we have killer hardware, well known and experienced engineers and your song will be mastered for $10.." wow, what a deal

so any real recommendations?

google online mastering services and tell me which ones sounds like kids with cracked waves because the first pages look pretty legit..ffs Abbey Road is one of them

so which of these look like $10 kids with killer hardware??

thanks a lot for the replies....looks like i have found a good mastering service within this community

i appriciate your help

who? you took up an offer from someone that has never posted here but approached you

you imply that this service somehow came from this community when obviously it didnt

you were offered the names of three trusted members of the forum then suggest you have to go local because you been let down by choosing someone who approached you and has never posted here or been recommended...

sorry dude but thats not this communities fault...and as no moneys have changed hands Adler cant really be blamed either
