I have Fruity Loops Pro 3 that I use for my drums tracks. I record with Cakewalk Guitar Tracks Pro. I do not have MIDI capability with Guitar Tracks. While exploring Fruity Loops, I noticed I have a plug-in called SimSynth that I'd like to use for keyboard sounds. Unfortunately I can't figure out how to utilize SimSynth to do this. Basically, I want to use it for organ sounds but I can't figure out how to make chords and then export the files to wav format. Any help is appreciated.

You can add SimSynth to the step sequencer, just like you do with drums, hi-hats, etc. - that's using the presets. There's a drop down screen to change the notes. For chords you use the piano roll. To add SimSynth settings programmed by you, you use the drop down menu to insert a new line on the step sequencer.
