Hi, how do I save a finished song in sonar 6 so it can be opened in wav or mp3?

You will need to use the EXPORT command off of the File menu; review and select the options you may need before exporting.

Edit - Select All (Mute the tracks you don't want to play)
File - Export - Audio
A file save screen (window) will appear.
On the File -Save window make sure you put it to 16 bit resolution (usually defaults to 32). Save it as Type Broadcast Wave (*.wav)

You only need to save as 16 bit if you are going to burn the wav to CD. If you are only going to convert to mp3, you can export at the higher rates. Just remember the CD ISO will only handle 16bit.
