A quick question...

How did you attach your muslin to what I'm assuming is rigid fiberglass?

I'm thinking of using the Auralex spray adhesive but am willing to hear of more economical methods. The Auralex spray is expensive but I can get it at half-price ($10 for a large can) and it's sooooo easy to apply. Holds foam like 10 sons-a-bitches too! So, I'm assuming it'll hold fabric to fiberglass as well.

I used 3M spray adhesive. You can get it at yer local HomeDepot/Lowes and it's cheaper than the auralex stuff. It works great.

And sorry, I'm not c7sus

Hahaha! That's fine. You answered my question.

When the 3M product is applied, is it kind of tacky, sort of like rubber cement?

Thanks to anyone who answers. :)

I made frames out of 1"x 2" pine and stretched the muslin over the frame and stapled it. I used .022" packing strap as a batton on the inside fold of the cloth, stapling through it and into the pine.

Then I put Velcro on the gobo and the muslin cover and voila!
