Sure, why not?
It's a nice deck, for sure.
It would serve nicely as a half-track analog mixdown/master deck, as would it do especially well as a live-to-2-track analog field recorder from it's mic inputs, [minimum], or from a larger mixer through the RCA inputs, instead.
Stereo-halftrack on 1/4" would be track-width equivalent of the hardly-ever-heard-or-seen 1/2"-4-track [ATR60-4], or the much ballyhooed 1"-8-track & 2"-16-track formats, based on track width/speed equivalents. [MEANS: Big, ass kickin' sound].
Plus, it's
brown!... with white & colored buttons,... alloy spinning parts, and best of all,... VU meters with lit faces and real moving needles! Not simulated,... the real thing!
Hey, babe, I got mine, and can't wait til you get yours!
Oh,... don't ask what a
killer deal I got on mine!

I don't want to embarrass you !
Anyway, I've considered getting another one, myself,... of course. Hey, anything that's worth getting is worth getting more than one of! You heard it here, first!
