What is going on buck, you have seed everywhere man!


Ok well i just heard the song. The writing is solid but yah the recording process is very paleozoic.

Good luck with the writing, you seem to come from a very musical family.

LOL, I have an 8 year old that got a mini strat for his birthday.... It's an invasion!
Actually the oldest ones here are responsible for getting me back into it. I'm a lot happier now that I'm playing again!

I been drunk as a skunk out in the backwater nettin crawfish with my buddies before and heard some strange stuff. I be damned if I ever heard anybody "call a crawfish" though. lol :)
Do you whistle and clap your hands or something? hahahahahaha
I guess yall are doing a family tradition.... good to see your gettin so serious with your songwriting. I listend and it aint bad at all. Gidge is good one to talk with on that too. Crawdad pumps em out like a human verse machine and they all tell a good story.

Tried to think of a Crawdad call and decided to butcher a song instead. (it was a lot funnier the first three times I typed it)

Just wanted to make sure you both know that I meant that I didn’t ask Gidge about my lyrics and not the other way around.
I just re-read it and it looks different than what I meant.
Anyway, Thanks again for the tips Gidge, and hope you didn’t take it the wrong way.
Toki- ignore the whole thing, we talked about lyrics, and He’s good. He can sniff out a rhyme cheater like me in a hurry.

Speaking of recording chops... good advice so far in this thread. A few bucks maybe, but more hours than bucks (unfortunately :()
