Calculating hard drive space

Need some help....somewhere in the past I saw a "table" whereby you could calculate how much hard drive space it would take per track, depending on what rate etc., i.e., x-amount of space per track at 48/24, 96/24.... I'd like to find this info again.

For each track:
(Sample rate in kHz) x (word length)/8 = kbytes/sec
So 24bits/96 kHz would be:
96 x 24/8 = 288 kbytes/s
