Cakewalk .wrk format to...how do i burn this???

Ive recorded my song into digital audio in Cakewal 6.0 but the file extension is .wrk. When i go into adaptec easy cd creator i cant burn the song because of the file extension. What do i need to change it to and how would i do that so i can burn this song?

That's because it is a project file. You need to Export ( under tools ) as a wav. file to your hard drive. Make yourself a new folder and export the mix to this folder as a wav. file . . . then you can burn it as CD audio.
