Cakewalk Pro 8 with WIndows ME?

I just got a new computer with Windows ME (didn't think about asking prior to buying it). Will Cakewalk Pro 8 work with WIndows ME right from the install, or do I need to upgrade CW first?
(I haven't installed it yet since I'm still just getting used to the new computer and internet access, etc)

NO problems

It will work fine. The same setup I have runnin'. No problems.
